Compensation: Starting at $15.00 an hour + bonus potential

Position Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Clerk to join our team. The role involves a variety of warehouse duties, including receiving shipments, storing materials, tracking products, preparing items for shipment, and conducting inventories. This position requires forklift operation, record-keeping using various software, and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately fill and ship customer orders by set deadlines
- Receive, store, and document materials in the warehouse
- Operate a forklift to move and store products (forklift certification required)
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate records
- Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS, UPS WorldShip, and other software to document warehouse transactions
- Communicate effectively in English with staff, vendors, and customers
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, inventory)
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain one
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse tasks (standing, bending, lifting)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and warehouse software (UPS WorldShip preferred)
- Strong organizational and arithmetic skills

- Must pass background check and drug test
- Ability to maintain certifications and complete any additional required training
