Job Function: Warehouse Clerk Employment Status: Full-time, Hourly Primary Location: Alpharetta/Roswell, GA*

Compensation: Starting at $15.00 an hour + bonus potential

*Local candidates only. Must be within a 45-minute commute

Position Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Clerk to join our team. The role involves a variety of warehouse duties, including receiving shipments, storing materials, tracking products, preparing items for shipment, and conducting inventories. This position requires forklift operation, record-keeping using various software, and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accurately fill and ship customer orders by set deadlines
  • Receive, store, and document materials in the warehouse
  • Operate a forklift to move and store products (forklift certification required)
  • Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate records
  • Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS, UPS WorldShip, and other software to document warehouse transactions
  • Communicate effectively in English with staff, vendors, and customers

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, inventory)
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain one
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse tasks (standing, bending, lifting)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and warehouse software (UPS WorldShip preferred)
  • Strong organizational and arithmetic skills

Other Requirements:

  • Must pass background check and drug test
  • Ability to maintain certifications and complete any additional required training
