The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the overall functioning of the warehouse, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining a safe working environment. ## Duties - Implement and oversee warehouse operations procedures to ensure efficient storage and distribution of products - Manage inventory levels and conduct regular inventory audits - Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize freight management and transportation - Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and streamline order fulfillment processes - Lead and mentor warehouse staff, including supervisors, to ensure productivity goals are met - Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment ## Experience - Proven experience in warehouse management, including materials management and order fulfillment - Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory control - Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software - Experience with process improvement methodologies such as lean or Six Sigma is a plus - Familiarity with forklift operation and other warehouse equipment - Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team - Mandarin Bilingual is a Plus If you have a passion for optimizing warehouse operations, ensuring smooth logistics, and leading a team to success, we invite you to apply for the Warehouse Manager position.
