Location: 100% Shoreham, VT
Position Description: The Production and Warehouse Manager will own, manage, and optimize the production, shipping and inventory of the distillery and bottling line.

Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to the following:
- Bottling
- Scheduling bottling runs
- Managing labor
- Managing dry goods
- Blending
- Schedule the necessary distilled spirits blending runs
- Quality control all distilled spirits during the blending
- once completed, Ensure the distilled spirits match the required specifications prior to bottling
- Inventory management
- Track efficiently dry goods, finished goods, bulk spirits (WS)
- Establish and enforce processes around shipping & receiving
- Insure optimal storage conditions for all goods
- Manage compliance around Distilled Spirit storage (reporting, inventory...)
- Security
- Logistics/Shipping
- Order tracking from preparation to shipment and customer receiving
- Compliance around distilled spirits shipping/receiving domestically and internationally
- Manage tanker/container unloads/reloads
- Facilities management
- Space optimization
- General maintenance
- Barrel management
- Wood, size, age, finish selection
- Storage and racking
- Aging and blending
- Modelling for future barrel needs (quantity, type, and timing)
- Security
- 2-5 years of experience in spirits, consumer goods and/or production. Bourbon experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Superb attention to detail
- Highly analytical and data driven
- Curious, eager to learn about details of processes and projects
- Relationship focused and team oriented; inclusive of all
- Collaborative and able to find compromises in difficult situations
- Extremely organized with a track record of developing and maintaining systems and tools
- Creative and solutions-oriented; approaches problems with a positive attitude and open mind
- Tech savvy: experience with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Asana a plus
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- The ability to define and effectively solve a variety of changing situations under stress; ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Self-driven, results-oriented; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- This job requires continuous physical movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing,
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to work an 8 hr. shift
- Must be able to work on weekends and holidays
- Must Be Able to wear protective and safety attire, such as gloves
- Storytellers – must be able to entertain, engage, educate, and captivate consumers of all knowledge bases and backgrounds. Naturally charismatic, charming, and magnetic. Strong presenter with demonstrated public speaking skills.
