Job Description:
The Recruiter will focus primarily on sourcing, screening, and recruiting technicians for various roles within the company. Using a combination of traditional and modern recruitment methods, you will work closely with hiring managers to ensure staffing needs are met and candidates are aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and promote the company’s mission and core values throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage and update the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations in all recruiting practices.
- Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates, evaluating key qualifications, skills, and experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast and plan for future staffing needs.
- Review applications from the company website and match candidates to appropriate job openings.
- Follow up regularly with hiring managers to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and refine strategies.
- Utilize modern sourcing techniques, tools, and technologies to build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
- Represent the company at job fairs, career expos, and industry events as a brand ambassador.
- Provide recruitment reports to management to track and measure hiring success.
- Maintain consistent on-site attendance and availability.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a similar field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and web-based applications.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
