Pilgrim Aerospace Fasteners is hiring: Recruiter in Chandler

SUMMARY: Place ads on various job boards. Call and screen candidates, as well as perform first and second round interviews. Schedule interviews with the hiring managers and track all systems related. Assist with the onboarding and training plans of each new employee. Maintain HR records and systems. Must have strong phone and computer skills. These will be tested during the interview process. Responds in a timely manner to all candidates. Acts as voice of Company to ensure highest level of communication from Pilgrim Aerospace to entire customer base. Develops and maintains detailed and intimate knowledge of all external candidates, building a database of contacts and resources to ensure optimal activity.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Job Duties:

• Active with full cycle recruitment/talent acquisition of candidates: sourcing, screening, making job posts, interviewing, and scheduling
• Has high level of professionalism and confidentiality with employees and documents
• Ability to verify and check employment references and backgrounds
• Assist and coordinate onboarding of new hires: training, compliance, orientation, development, etc.
• Maintaining, filing, tracking, and updating employee files into HR database/systems
• Perform other office and departmental duties as needed
• Familiarity with new hire concerns with benefits, compensation, payroll, etc.

Skills:

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• High level of organizational abilities and detail-oriented
• Excellent in MS Office

Qualifications:

• Current experience in recruiting/talent acquisition, HR administrator; or related positions. 5 plus years preferred.
• College degree preferred; or combination of education and experience
• Strong negotiation and problem resolution skills required.
• Good business acumen required.
• Must have strong customer service focus, working to build relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and concepts, including quality, engineering and production planning/scheduling is preferred.
