Job Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit top talent for a wide range of positions, from executive-level to clerical and light industrial roles

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates

• Attend job fairs, universities, and trade schools to meet potential candidates and promote our company's employment opportunities

• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations

• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings

• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive practices

• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and professional networks

• Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations

• Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives

• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and practices

 

Skills Required:

• Proven experience as a Corporate Recruiter, preferably with a track record of successfully recruiting for executive, clerical, and light industrial positions

• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners

• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Keen eye for talent and ability to assess candidates effectively

• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

• Experience with social media recruitment and employer branding initiatives

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills

• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced work environment

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Professional certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus

This is a full-time, in-person position based at our Fort Lauderdale office. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with 100% on-site work and be willing to travel locally for job fairs, university visits, and other recruitment events.
