Position Summary:
As a Full Life Cycle Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing all stages of the recruitment process. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and drive the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding. You will play a key role in ensuring we attract and hire the best talent in the industry, contributing to the ongoing success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, for roles across various departments in the manufacturing sector.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and company culture.
  • Source and engage active and passive candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Guide candidates through the interview and hiring process, providing a positive and professional experience.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools to manage and track candidate pipelines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure a smooth and efficient recruiting process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, talent market dynamics, and best practices in recruitment, particularly within the manufacturing sector.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, conferences, and networking events as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and best practices in recruiting and hiring.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as a full life cycle recruiter, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to engage candidates and represent the company’s culture and values effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing needs and circumstances.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for recruiting events or to support hiring at different locations.
