You will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle of the candidates, and manage the candidates through their entire employment process. What you’re able to do:

•        Make 100-120 calls per day

•        Research and contact candidates via the Internet, e-mail, social media, etc.

•        Review candidates’ resumes and curriculum vitae carefully

•        Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure that their needs are met

·         You have the ability to achieve sales goals and objectives

·         You have staffing and recruiting experience
