Summary:

We are looking for a Contract Project Recruiter "contractor" to staff a detox center in a 24/7 rehab and recovery agency. The contractor will provide end-to-end recruiting services to source, attract, and refer qualified candidates. We're looking for a contractor with experience and a network in the detox, AOD, and SUD field who will utilize their exceptional communication and follow-through skills.

This role is available to recruit staff for a new detox center. Roles to recruit for include Detox Program Manager, LVNs, Medical Assistants, and AOD Counselors. This project is for a limited time and is open until the contract is ended or the roles are filled.

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS:

Recruiting and Sourcing:

  • Source top candidates to fill various positions to staff a new detox center, including clinical and non-clinical roles.
  • Use resources to reach qualified candidates including job boards, social media, and professional networks including Linkedin Recruiter Lite and Indeed Resume Search.

Candidate Screening and Evaluation:

  • Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, prepare comprehensive candidate summaries for review by hiring managers, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Effectively assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, cross-functional teams.
  • Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide continuous communication with hiring managers on status of candidate search.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Handle all employee information with discretion and confidentiality.

Reporting & Metrics:

  • Prepare and present recruitment status reports.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Applicable experience in recruitment within the SUD/AOD field in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and promoting candidates to hiring managers.
  • Experience with ADP or other applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Track record of filling urgent roles.
  • Experience recruiting for clinical roles such as therapists, counselors, nurses, and support staff in a SUD, AOD rehab or a behavioral health organization.
