Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to directly impact our company’s growth and the lives of candidates. You will collaborate closely with client organizations to identify and provide top-tier talent while guiding candidates through their career journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Impact: Influence company growth and individual transformations through talent acquisition and candidate coaching.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with client organizations to identify and provide suitable talent, effectively “building their companies.”
- Relationship Management: Work with the Business Development team to establish and nurture connections with existing clients and prospects.
- Candidate Guidance: Understand and assess candidates’ unique motivations and assist them in making positive life changes.
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights on talent strategies and workforce planning initiatives.
- Cross-functional Engagements: Provide feedback on market trends and share hiring brand information with marketing teams.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research into industry dynamics and competitor practices to equip clients with critical insights.
- Employer Branding Advocacy: Promote client brands among potential candidates and advise on enhancing market presence.
- Candidate Recommendations: Propose well-evaluated candidate profiles based on client needs.
- Talent Sourcing: Actively engage in sourcing talent using various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and ZoomInfo Recruiter.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate entry and updating of all search data within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Exceptional Candidate Experience: Foster positive interactions through transparent communication and professionalism.
- Subject Matter Expertise (SME): Position yourself as an industry expert on digital platforms, educating prospective applicants on hiring processes.
- Interview Coordination: Efficiently coordinate interview logistics and prepare clients and candidates for interviews.
- Offer Negotiations: Assist in delivering offer letter negotiations when required.
- Analytics Utilization: Measure success against defined goals and improve overall efficiency.
- KPI Achievement: Focus on achieving quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to successful placements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the consumer packaged goods sector.
- Background in retained or technical searching is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- High-level technical proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, ATS, and CRM systems.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree
