Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting top talent and ensuring a seamless hiring process. This position requires a strong focus on relationship management and the ability to engage with candidates effectively. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop strategies to meet those requirements.

NOTE:

This is an In Person Position and Not Remote.
Must have Locum Tenens Recruitment Experience.


Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including cold calling, social media, and job boards, to identify potential candidates.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact through employee orientation.
Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with company needs.
Maintain accurate records of candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, providing them with timely updates throughout the hiring process.
Leverage tools such as UltiPro and Lever for efficient recruitment management.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and technical recruiting.

Skills:

Strong relationship management skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring teams.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for managing candidate pipelines.
Experience in talent acquisition, particularly in technical recruiting environments.
Familiarity with UltiPro or similar HR software is a plus.
Excellent sales skills to effectively promote job opportunities and attract top talent.
Ability to conduct thorough employee orientation processes for new hires.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
