Role Overview
We’re seeking a Part-Time Contract Recruiter with experience in 360 recruitment to join us. This fully remote, US-based role is ideal for an independent recruiter who wants to grow their career under the Next Step brand while enjoying the freedom and support of a flexible schedule and location.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from client acquisition to candidate placement
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and hiring goals
- Source and engage high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and personal networks
- Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks
- Leverage the resources and branding of Next Step Recruitment to enhance your recruiting efforts
- Maintain updated information in our ATS
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in 360 recruitment, including managing client and candidate relationships
- Strong sourcing and talent acquisition skills across industries and levels
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Must own a computer and have a stable internet connection
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Willingness to work under the Next Step Recruitment brand and be publicly connected to the brand on LinkedIn
- For freelance recruiters: you'll be required to work under the Next Step Recruitment brand and maintain visibility on LinkedIn as part of our team.

Compensation
- Flexible and negotiable, based on experience and preference:
- Option 1: Base + commission
- Option 2: Full commission at a higher rate
