POSITION SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Recruiter evaluates candidates and builds networks of potential hires. Develops and post job listings in order to recruit high-level talent, using social media and other web-based services to network and identify high-performing applicants for jobs within an organization. Brand expert and ensures this is communicating in our recruiting process.

Requirements
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related discipline or a combination of education and experience.
Experience: At least 3 years of hospitality recruiting experience and knowledge. Understanding of staffing and selection, legal compliance, etc.
Computer Skills: Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet, Social Media
Other Requirements: Must have a flexible schedule as schedules are determined based on the needs of the business.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Recruiter evaluates candidates and builds networks of potential hires. Develops and post job listings in order to recruit high-level talent, using social media and other web-based services to network and identify high-performing applicants for jobs within an organization. Brand expert and ensures this is communicating in our recruiting process.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Creating and maintaining a staffing plan using workforce planning tools to meet current and future staffing goals
- Creatively and proactively establish and implement recruiting strategies that identify specifically targeted sourcing plans to attract candidates to our different jobs and locations efficiently within the budget
- Sourcing candidates using the internet, advertisements, networking, cold calling, job fairs/recruiting campaigns and other effective processes
- Partner with various advertising agencies for regional strategies addressing demographics and media effectiveness
- Consistently document and report monthly metrics on all recruiting efforts and site statistical analysis using Applicant Tracking Systems, Microsoft Excel and similar programs
- Ensure consistent and/or equitable application of P&C policies and procedures throughout and exercise sound judgment in raising issues to P&C Vice President when a policy change or an exception to policy warrants review
- Partner with P&C Team and other leaders to implement key recruiting processes, salary planning and administration.
- Works closely with the P&C Generalists to effectively maintain cross collaboration in the hiring process
- Works directly under the VP's guidance and support to efficiently fill open positions throughout the different Resorts and corporate departments
- Conduct or participate in other projects or initiatives as requested by management
