Introduction:

Are you a tech-savvy recruiter with a passion for finding and attracting top-tier talent in the ever-evolving tech industry? Do you thrive on the challenge of identifying hard-to-find candidates and connecting them with cutting-edge opportunities? If you’re a natural relationship builder who loves sourcing and placing the best and brightest minds in tech, then our client has the perfect role for you. We’re searching for a Technical Recruiter (aka The Talent Hunter) to help us scale our teams by finding exceptional technical talent.

Imagine being the key player in a fast-paced company where your ability to identify and attract top technical talent directly impacts the organization’s growth and success. As the Technical Recruiter at our client, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring the best engineers, developers, and technologists. This role isn’t just about filling positions—it’s about building relationships and helping candidates find their perfect match in a rapidly growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
  • Identify and source top-tier technical candidates for various roles, including software engineers, developers, data scientists, and IT specialists. You’ll use a mix of traditional and creative sourcing strategies, such as LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and referrals.
  • Candidate Screening and Evaluation:
    • Conduct thorough screening and assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical abilities, cultural fit, and alignment with the company's goals. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements for each position and ensure that only the best candidates move forward.
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting:
    • Manage the entire recruiting process from job posting to offer negotiation. You’ll be responsible for ensuring a seamless candidate experience, from the first point of contact through onboarding. This includes scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and maintaining communication with candidates throughout the process.
  • Employer Branding and Networking:
    • Help build and promote the company’s employer brand by showcasing its culture, values, and opportunities to potential candidates. You’ll actively participate in industry events, tech meetups, and online communities to network with top talent and increase visibility.
  • Pipeline Management:
    • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. You’ll keep detailed records of candidate interactions and follow up regularly to ensure long-term engagement, ensuring that you always have access to a network of potential hires.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
    • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs, team dynamics, and long-term goals. You’ll provide guidance on market trends, salary expectations, and candidate availability to help hiring managers make informed decisions.
  • Data-Driven Recruiting:
    • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to continuously improve the recruitment process. You’ll use data to identify bottlenecks, improve time-to-hire, and ensure that recruiting strategies align with company goals.
