Job Description:


Our Retail Recruiter role will play a vital role supporting our teams across different business units. This role will drive revenue by fulfilling the recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and hiring candidates. This role will work with different business partners, build relationships with hiring managers, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.


Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the full cycle recruitment process for all Retail North America employees.
  • Implement best recruitment practices.
  • Facilitate the interview process; present candidate profiles, advise on interview best practices, write job descriptions, coordinate and schedule interviews, and gather timely feedback from interviewers and candidates.
  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.
  • Maintain and track recruiting activity in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Proactively find candidates through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, job boards, and/or other channels.
  • Support members of the HR Team with additional duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of high volume, retail recruiting experience or 3 years of retail experience.
  • Must be fluent in Spanish.
  • Knowledge of related business issues, trends, and best practices as it relates to talent acquisition.
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills and demonstrated ability to build relationships.
  • Strong customer-service orientation, ability to prioritize multiple initiatives, and desire to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Excellent technical skills; in-depth knowledge of applicant tracking technology and general Microsoft applications; familiarity with best practices in social networking; ability to leverage technology to attract candidates and drive effective and efficient operations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
