Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a Healthcare organization in search of qualified applicants for a Behavioral Health Recruiter position.
SALARY: Pay is $40-$45/hr. depending on experience and this will be starting as a 2-3 month assignment with potential of extending.
LOCATION: Fully Remote. Laptop, cell phone, and all tools needed will be provided.
JOB OVERVIEW: The Recruiter is responsible for performing full life cycle recruitment for all assigned requisitions by selecting and delivering high quality professional front line staff candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs all aspects of a full life cycle recruiting process for assigned requisitions.
- Works with hiring managers to analyze the characteristics, criteria, and needs of open/new positions.
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for various behavioral health positions, including LCSWs, Therapists, Psychiatrists, and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Utilize various recruiting platforms, networking, and sourcing strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Screen, interview, and present candidates to hiring managers.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates.
- Manage recruitment processes from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and the organization.
- Build relationships with behavioral health professionals and stay informed on industry trends.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in recruiting within the behavioral health industry, including experience with mental health professionals.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and experience in utilizing platforms such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Familiarity with iCiMS or similar applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to engage with candidates at all stages of the hiring process and maintain a high level of candidate satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
