Description of the Role:

The Part Time Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for our dealership, Peter Boulware Toyota of Columbia, located in West Columbia, South Carolina. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors, both in-person and over the phone
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department
• Provide accurate information about our dealership, products, and services
• Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints effectively
• Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Proficient in using computer systems and customer management software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON SATURDAYS
