Position Overview:
We are currently accepting applications for a Part-Time Receptionist to join our dedicated team at our Corporate Home Office in Lincoln, Nebraska. As the Part-Time Receptionist, you will provide excellent customer service to callers, office visitors, and co-workers in a friendly and professional manner, graciously greeting office visitors, fostering positive relationships with team members, vendors, and office guests.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate individuals.
- Record and deliver messages to team members if voice mail is not an option.
- Greet visitors to the home office.
- Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of USPS mail, FedEx, UPS, and other delivery services.
- Assist with other organizational and clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, and filing as required.
- Perform other duties assigned by Office Manager.
Qualifications:
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Previous work experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good problem solving and organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with the public, residents, guests, and staff.
Essential Functions:
- Ability to sit and stand frequently, and to work in front of a computer monitor four hours per day.
- Ability to speak and hear clearly using a multi-line telephone and in person.
- Ability to read English and perform basic math functions.
- Ability to move, bend, twist, and kneel periodically, to lift and carry approximately 25 pounds periodically, and to move shipping boxes periodically.
Dress and Appearance Standards:
- Business casual attire appropriate for interacting with the public.
Works Hours:
- The standard hours for this position are 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with a maximum of 20 hours per week on a regular basis. Any hours worked beyond your normal 20 hours per week must be approved in advance by the Office Manager.
