Pay Rate: $14.50

Bartender Responsibilities:

Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons
Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks
Assessing bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations

Responsibilities

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Plan and present bar menu
Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food and beverage regulations

High School Diploma or GED
Must be a minimum of 19 years old
Must have proper certifications (food handling permit, etc) in order to perform duties.
Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site
Must have availability to work weekdays, weekends, holidays and overtime as requested
Must be able to stand for long periods of time, walk, lift, reach, climb stairs and ladders as needed throughout shift as this is
a very physically active role
Must have the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Must possess and display strong leadership and organizational skills
Must be able to work with minimal supervision and practice independent judgment
Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Must be able to interact successfully with all levels of staff, clients and vendors Must be able to establish and maintain
cooperative working relationships
Must be able to pass Reference Check, Background Check and Drug Screen
