We are in the financial services industry, located in Los Angeles, California, and we are actively seeking an Administrative Assistant. This role is primarily office-based and involves supporting a small team of professionals in their day-to-day tasks. The employment opportunity offered is a long-term contract.
Responsibilities:
• Efficient and accurate processing of various administrative tasks
• Ensuring that all customer records are accurate and up to date
• Handling customer inquiries and providing optimal solutions
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions as necessary
• Implementing good email communication and phone etiquette
• Assisting a team of five individuals with their administrative needs
• Performing scanning tasks as required
• Ensuring a smooth workflow within the office premises from 9 am to 5 pm.• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
• Have a minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role within the financial services industry.
• Possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrate proficiency in scanning, filing, and document management.
• Showcase strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Have a solid understanding of financial services industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Possess strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Show a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Be capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Exhibit problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Have the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
