Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Red Bank, NJ is seeking an experienced Real Estate Legal Administrative Assistant to join their team.
This position is full-time onsite and can be in Voorhees, NJ or Red Bank, NJ.
Experience with commercial real estate terminology, documentation, and procedures is preferred.
Responsibilities:
· Assisting attorneys with commercial real estate matters
· Drafting legal documents
· Corresponding with clients
· Scheduling meetings
· Managing calendars
· Providing general administrative support
Requirements:
· 2+ years of recent legal assistant experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
· MS Office knowledge – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Proficiency in Kofax Power PDF preferred
· Strong typing skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize projects
The anticipated salary range for this position is between $55,000-$75,000 per year depending on experience.

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
