Volt Workforce Solutions is immediately hiring for an administrative assistant in MAPLEWOOD, Minnesota 55144.
You would be responsible for providing administrative support to individuals or various departments.

You would be responsible for providing administrative support to individuals or various departments.
Duties may include:
- Data entry/typing
- Filing paper and electronic information
- Answering phones
- Scheduling/calendaring including coordinating meetings and conferences
- Maintaining inventory of office supplies
- Sorting/distributing mail.
- Some special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, and analyzing information.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to perform data entry and basic math
- Proficiency with MS Office required, including scheduling/calendering in Outlook.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Familiarity with Lotus Notes
