Key Responsibilities: Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a timely manner. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. Maintain and update office filing systems, both electronic and physical. Order and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels. Assist with travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries. Coordinate internal and external communications, including liaising with clients, vendors, and team members. Assist with data entry, report preparation, and other administrative tasks as needed. Support special projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed accurately. Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting is a plus. Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
