Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure efficient operations within the office, manage communication, and facilitate the smooth running of daily tasks. This role involves multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries to appropriate staff.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute reports, memos, letters, and other documents.
  • Manage office supplies, order inventory, and maintain office equipment.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and documentation.
  • Coordinate and assist with special projects and events.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
