LHH is looking for an exceptional Human Resources Coordinator in Tempe, AZ. Typical job duties will include scheduling and confirming interviews, assist with electronical transition I-9 and other standard human resources duties. This coordinator will ensure interviews are accurate and scheduled timely along with some travel booking.

Pay: $21- $24/hr 

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements

  2. Processes paperwork required to place employee on payroll and establishes personnel file

  3. Answer phone and email requests and/or verification's

  4. Verifies I-9 documentation

  5. Transition paper I-9 documentation to electronical I-9 platform

  6. Book travel

  7. Schedule and confirm all interviews; ensure scheduled timely

  8. Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in a timely manner

  9. Makes photocopies, faxes documents and other clerical duties

  10. Prepares new employee files

Qualifications:

  1. Highschool diploma or GED. Some college preferred but not required

  2. Some knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines

  3. Some knowledge of federal and state employment and benefits laws

  4. Work to complete tasks and projects with little to no supervision

  5. Very strong organizational skills

  6. Excellent telephone and oral communication skills

  7. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook and Excel

  8. Able to use computerized databases systems

This is a great Contract-to-hire position working normal business hours. Eligible for medical, vision and dental benefits after 60 days of employment.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
