We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our daily operations.

The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This position requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, adept at problem-solving, and capable of maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the engineering team and management.
  • Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Assist with project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and technical documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as needed.
  • Support the HR department with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the team.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and fax machines.
  • Experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus.

Job Type:

  • $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
