Adecco is currently assisting a great client in their search for an experienced **Administrative Assistant** in **Cambridge, MA** .

**PLEASE NOTE** : This is an in-office, onsite position. No other options available.

**Type:** 40hrs/wk. Contract

**Start Date:** Within two to three weeks.

**Location** : Intersect of Gilmore Bridge and Charles River Dam Road in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Please make sure this commute works for you prior to applying.

**Hours** : 9am to 5pm; M-F

**Pay:** $33.73 to $ 33.73/hr

**Length:** Six Months

Responsibilities for the **Administrative Assistant** role include:

- Provide general administrative support to leadership team.

- Coordinate meetings, maintains calendars, makes travel arrangements.

- Prepare correspondence, reports, tables, and analyses.

- Exercise discretion in handling of confidential material and information.

- Organize and maintain filing system with accuracy.

- Manage department communication for manager(s) including mail and email.

- Respond promptly to various inquiries for information.

Qualifications for this **Administrative Assistant** role:

- High School Diploma or GED **and** 5+ year's administrative experience.

- Previous experience coordinating meetings and making travel arrangements.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- High ethical standards, maintenance of confidentiality.

- Ability to prioritize effectively.

- Ability to navigate organization with minimal direction, in support of completing task.

- Strong initiative, tact, communication, and interpersonal skills a must.

- Organized and committed.

**Pay Details:** $33.73 per hour
