Position - Administrative Assistant

Job Location - Sheboygan, Wisconsin

Starting Date -12/2/2024

Employment Term - Temp to hire

Employment Type - Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) - 1st Shift (8am - 4:30m)

Starting Pay - $18 per hour, $37,440 Annual Salary

Benefits - Medical, Vision,401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays

Required Education - High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience - At least 5 years of administrative experience

Work with clearing firm personnel to coordinate and process customer account records, forms, and documents and maintain records of customer money movements.

Responsibilities

-Greet customers

-Process broker requested mutual fund and bond trades in computer system

-Order and follow up on customer ACH/check/wire requests

-Assist customers with IRA distributions

Qualifications

-Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word & Excel

-Ability to work under daily deadlines and detail oriented

-Ability to learn proprietary computer programs
