Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Administrative Assistant to join their team and contribute to their success. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the HR Department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a positive attitude that aligns successfully with the organization.

**Job Title:** Administrative Assistant

**Location:** South Fort Worth, TX

**Pay Range:** $18-$22 DOE

**What's the Job?**

+ Provide administrative support to the HR.

+ Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings

+ Answer and direct phone calls and emails

+ Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence

+ Perform other duties as assigned

**What's Needed?**

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

+ Excellent communication and organizational skills

+ Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
