Powdersville Post Acute is a 60-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility located in Easley, S.C. just moments away from downtown Greenville. Ideal Administrative Assistant candidates will have the following:
  • Previous experience in a nursing facility is preferred
  • Superior customer service experience is a must
  • A welcoming personality as you will also act as Receptionist
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Your day to day:

As the Administrative Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting our facility and its residents by:
  • Answering phones
  • Scheduling transportation to appointment for our residents
  • Ordering supplies as necessary
  • Listening to complaints and assisting with disgruntled family members
  • Acting as gatekeeper for unwanted visitors/ salespeople
