Administrative Assistant - ADMIN003703 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Mission Logistics is a growing transportation company seeking a Support Specialist with experience in all areas of clerical office work as well as the ability to drive Box Trucks. This position does not require a CDL but must be able to pass a DOT physical and have a clean driving record. Administrative responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Dispatching trucks using in house systems or outside load boards. * Maintaining local copy of driver files according to DOT regulations. * Managing assignment of required trainings for drivers and supervisors. * Facilitating orientation sessions for new drivers * Maintaining maintenance records tracking repeat issues. * Reviewing and filing all applicable truck and/or driver daily records * Researching opportunities for leads on new jobs/loads External Hiring Range: $15.35 - $16.00 Travel: Yes, local travel and regional travel as needed. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent and experience in a clerical/administrative support role required. * Experience related to material handing/movement preferred.
