RAYUS Radiology is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsible for providing administrative and clerical duties in a professional and efficient manner. Duties consist of general office tasks including monitoring and ordering corporate supplies and providing general support to the corporate office, executive assistant and the leadership team. Part-Time, Monday thru Friday - 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creates a positive experience for every customer.

(55%) General Administration
•Monitors voicemails and emails several times daily
•Managers incoming and outgoing mail and packages; forwards mail/packages to appropriate department
•Greets guests and directs them to the correct destination as well as contacts the team members guests are meeting
•Makes copies of correspondence or other printed material
•Maintains lobby and support center appearance
•Works with outside vendors for service repair calls (i.e. Coffee machine, copiers, etc.)
•Handles miscellaneous building management maintenance requests
•Provides support to Executive Assistant(s)
•Assists corporate staff with management of schedules, travel arrangements, and expense accounts
•Handles confidential and non-routine information
•Files appropriate documentation on a timely basis

(40%) Supply Maintenance and Orders
•Monitors, maintains and orders supplies from various vendors for general office, break room and conference room supplies
•Keeps common management work areas and offices clean and organized
•Orders corporate business cards, stationary, and name tags

(5%) Completes other tasks and projects as assigned

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:
•Data entry experience
•Ability to type 60 wpm
•Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience, including excel and powerpoint
•Excellent verbal, writing and presentation skills

WORKING CONDITIONS:
•Requires the use of office equipment, such as computers, telephones and copiers
•Requires computer related activities for extended periods of time
•Requires the ability to see, hear, speak, write and key
•Requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
