Adecco is seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our client's executive team in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This role offers competitive compensation ($24.93/hour) over a 12 month contract period.

- Minimum 8 years of administrative experience, preferably in financial services.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience with Concur and Ariba.

- Provide administrative support for new hires, including building access and equipment setup.
- Process travel and expense reports efficiently and accurately using Concur and Ariba.
- Book domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Communicate effectively with executives and team members.
