Job Description
Citadel Roofing and Solar is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Team. This position is based in Corona, CA. This is currently full-time.
Citadel Roofing and Solar is made up of industry veterans with more than 30 years of experience, and a stellar reputation of service excellence to new construction home builders throughout Northern California and Southern California.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones in a professional manner
- Open and distribute incoming mail
- Check office supply weekly and process supply orders
- Assist with creating purchase orders
- Schedule customer service, site surveys, solar/reroof installs with customers
- Set up inspections with cities & counties
- Assist with payroll as needed
- Assist with field new hire applications
- Other responsibilities as needed
Required Skills
- 2-3 years related administrative experience.
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
- Experience in the construction (roofing/solar) industry helpful but not required.
- Easy to get along with – must be a problem solver.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must be flexible.
