Job Description

Administrative Assistant Job Duties :

Assist with PM duties including Word processing, submittal development for projects, customer and subcontractor communications.
Assist with all start-up and close out items for projects.
Assist Office manager in maintenance and upkeep of CRM "Buildertrend" and job files.
Knowledge of QuickBooks
Order company shirts, safety equipment orders, shirts, and company marketing materials.
Handle OSHA 300 log, E-Verify and establish drug free work-place program.
Establish maintenance schedule for trucks and equipment.
Establish company equipment inventory and sign out procedures for superintendents.
Handle customer x-mas gifts and company x-mas party arrangements.
Help maintain company website and add all new references and photos. Also post weekly updates to social media.
Help with maintaining company marketing material.
Help establish company field training for employees with manufactures.
Help organize data base for contracts and submittals in server.
