What You Can Expect

As an Administrative Assistant focusing on Dispatch and Scheduling, you areresponsible for building a schedule for residential and commercial job orders placed and assigning them to insulation crews to complete. In addition, you will oversee and maintain all job order paperwork from start to finish. Your day-to-day will always look a little different, but include:

  • Collaborating and communicating with builders, sales personnel and insulation crews on the status of each job order
  • Collecting, checking and organizing documentation regarding incoming and outgoing job orders
  • Creating daily crew schedules
  • If required, create a new phase in jobCORE for any repairs or extra material for jobs billed complete
  • Upload CF6R/CF2R insulation certificates to Cal Certs for Quality Insulation tracts
  • Issue insulation certificates and distribute to customer once job is paid
  • Tracking and maintaining DOT information
  • Answer Phones
  • Interact heavily with customers
To Be Successful
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Adapt easily to changing situations, work-flow and deadlines
  • Respond to situations is a positive manner and provide good customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and data entry skills
  • Work in a very dynamic environment with deadlines
  • Work independently and as a teammate
  • Attention to details
  • Spanish proficiency is a plus

Schedule: Monday – Friday 

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Position requires a drug test be completed, contingent upon employment and a background check if applicable.
