Responsibilities:

SCOPE OF WORK:

  • Provides administrative support for project teams requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill, and knowledge of MS Office Suite, payroll, Account Receivables, Billings, and Customer Service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for administrative support to a project team including payroll and onboarding employees.
  • Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to: AIA Billings, Account Receivables, Creating and maintaining documents; Customer contact and other duties as appropriate.


Qualifications:

WHAT YOU OFFER

  • EDUCATION: Associate degree preferred or equivalent studies/experience.
  • EXPERIENCE: Strong administrative, computer, organization and communication skills required. MS Office Proficient.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
  • Training experience preferred.
  • Event planning experience preferred.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Effective time management, organizational, multi-tasking and attention to detail skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem solving to address staff and client needs.
  • Has the ability to work autonmously, but also as team member.
  • Effective interpersonal skills.
