We are seeking for a candidate that will work together with like-minded cosmetic professionals in a fast-paced healthy work culture focused on innovative cosmetic research and development, manufacturing, and service.
Qualifications:
•Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time wisely in fast paced workplace.
•Communicate with clients/supplier for inquiries and requests via email, telephone and mail.
•Follow procedures, guidelines and policies.
•Ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•Responsible for maintaining a good working office environment which includes clerical duties.
•MS Excel, Outlook, Word and other basic computer skills.
Minimum of five (5) year experience in an office setting
Experience in the cosmetics industry preferred
Associate’s degree preferred
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Electronics Serial Number Logger to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately recording, verifying, and maintaining the serial numbers of electronic components and products. You will primarily use Microsoft Excel to log and manage these records, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility. This critical role supports inventory management, quality control, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately log serial numbers from electronic components and devices into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
Create, maintain, and organize Excel sheets to ensure data is properly formatted and up-to-date.
Verify serial number accuracy by cross-checking against packing lists, purchase orders, and shipment records.
Assist in auditing and reconciling inventory discrepancies related to serial numbers.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data entry and management.
Collaborate with warehouse, quality assurance, and production teams to ensure accurate documentation and smooth workflows.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements for tracking electronic components.
Qualifications:
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, basic formulas, and formatting.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle repetitive tasks.
Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively within a team.
Preferred:
Experience in data entry, inventory management, or quality assurance roles.
Familiarity with ERP systems or inventory management software.
Knowledge of electronics or manufacturing environments is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift and move lightweight electronic products as needed (up to [Insert weight, e.g., 20 lbs.]).
