Responsibilities include:
- Effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately, delivered with high quality, and promptly.
- Attend meetings and take accurate minutes.
- May be responsible for accurate and timely physician credentialing.
- May direct and lead the work of others.
- May manage and coordinate administrative programs and office activities.
- Create spreadsheets, manage databases, and prepare as-needed presentations, reports, and documents.
- Answer telephones and take messages or transfer calls.
- May cover the reception desk when required.
- Calendar management, schedule appointments, update calendars, and arrange staff meetings.
- Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
