Administrative Assistant III We are looking for an Admin Assistant III to join a large tech company in the area The purpose of this team is providing high level administrative support to an executive. The role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and organization of the executive's schedules, tasks, and communications. Key projects: This role will contribute to providing high level administrative support to an executive. The role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and organization of the executive's schedules, tasks, and communications. The role will consist of: Calendar and schedule management - Manage complex calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with other departments to optimize executives' time. Meeting and Event Coordination - Organize team meetings, department-wide events, and potential client or partner meetings, handling logistics, materials, and communications. Communication Liaison - Acting as the first point of contact, admins manage communication on behalf of executive, handling correspondence, filtering information, and ensuring prompt follow-up. Project and Task Management - Support of variety of project-based tasks, managing timelines, budgets, and coordinating deliverables. Travel and Expense Management - Arranging travel itineraries, booking accommodations, and managing travel-related expenses. Data and Document Management - Manage files, data, and other documents, keeping records organized and accessible. Candidate Requirements Years of Experience Required: 5 overall years of experience in the field. Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role. Minimum 5 years experience with Calendaring and scheduling in a professional role 2.
