Job Description
Our NYC client is looking to add an Executive Administrative Assistant to their team. This is a full-time position and is anticipated to last 2 years and has the possibility of extension. The position pay rate is $22-25 per hour, depending on experience.
Executive Administrative Assistant Job Description:
- Required to provide administrative support to nutritionists by developing and scheduling monthly program reviews.
- Perform duties related to sponsor trainings and workshops such as, schedule meetings, set up conference rooms, verify training packages and answer inquiries from sponsors via email and phone.
- Use the Web-Based CACFP Information and Payment System (CIPS) to carry out the following job duties:
- review sponsor forms, meal counts and attendance records for accuracy.
- This position requires good organizational and time management skills and a professional approach to working with program staff and the public.
- Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Programs and SharePoint are required.
- Experience with DocStar Eclipse (e-file management system) is preferred.
