Description:

The Retail Coordinator is an integral member of the Retail Department Team who ensures daily departmental goals, inventory control, and customer service are met by departmental guidelines and standards.

Requirements:

Essential Duties & Job Functions:

  1. Maintain a high level of understanding of company guidelines, rules, and regulations.
  2. Assist in developing strategies for the team to reach their goals.
  3. Knowledge of performing all essential duties listed for Retail Lead, Quality Control (QC), Logger, and Sorter.
  4. Communicate clear instructions to team members and management.
  5. Monitor team members' participation to ensure the training provided is applied.
  6. Manage daily operations.
  7. Assist with Administrative duties.
  8. Problem-solving within the department as needed.


Job Qualifications Mandatory:


1. High School diploma or equivalent

2. Understands warehouse functions.

3. Strong data entry and typing skills.

4. Detail oriented.

5. Understands systematical function on a high level.

6. Experience with CRM’s (Customer Relationship Management)


  • Communication Skills: Coordinator must communicate efficiently with the team and superiors.
  • Critical-Thinking Skills: Coordinator will determine the right course of action.
  • Organizational Skills: Coordinator will manage time, and employees, and ensure all moving pieces remain in order in the department.
  • Critical Thinking Skills: Coordinator will define problems, produce alternatives, assess the best course of action, and act on it.
