Fast fix is a franchise chain with more than 180 locations nation wide and over 35years in the jewelry industry, our Roseville location is and have been one of the top performing locations in the franchise. We have positions available for team leader and assistant manager or manager to be part of our team.
We believe in hard work and we work as a team which means that we all share responsibilities to complete all tasks on hand from taking in orders to finishing the job and handing it to the customer with a smile and a thank you, we take pride in our quality of work so efficiency is expected, we also sell high-end jewelry and watches and we specialize in designing jewelry so sales experience is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Achieve all sales and service metrics through daily supervision, coaching and consistent performance-management (e.g., discipline) of Retail Sales Consultants.
- Provide on-boarding support, observes and provides feedback to new hires to ensure they are on-track with their training curriculum and able to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- In cooperation with store manager, oversees all daily sales staff responsibilities, including proper daily staffing and scheduling, dress code compliance, resolution of customer escalations, lunch break management and store cleanliness.
- Responsible for daily store operations, including formulating and interpreting policies and procedures, prompt processing of customers job orders, cash handling compliance, organization of stock and supplies , and consistent execution of store security protocol. Maintains compliance with all store operating procedures (including cash, inventory, etc.) through regular employee observation, coaching and discipline.
- Participates in and reinforces training and promotions.
- Assesses individuals and team performance and, where applicable, provides performance management plans to narrow competency gaps, and provide corrective action.
- Promotes the store services inside and outside the mall.
- Ensures that customers and prospective customers are treated with the highest levels of courtesy and professionalism.
- Interview and selects new employees
- Builds team schedules based off the needs of the business.
- Demonstrates a high degree of self-motivation and maintains a professional appearance, including exercising significant independent judgment and discretion with respect to significant matters without direct oversight of supervisor.
- Maintains punctual attendance and flexibility to cover multiple locations throughout the front area and is available to work evenings, weekends as needed.
- Stands on feet for long periods of time.
- Efficient in placing orders for special parts and items from factories and suppliers
- Assist on the sales floor as needed.

Qualifications
- Minimum high school education or equivalent
- 2+ years' of retail or equivalent management experience or gemology degree
- Strong verbal or written communication skills

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
