Position Overview: As a Sales Representative at Bodemuller, you will be responsible for generating sales, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will have a deep understanding of our product offerings and be able to recommend solutions that meet our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, providing them with information on our products and services.
- Develop a deep understanding of our office supplies and furniture, including features, benefits, and usage.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and following up on leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Provide tailored recommendations and solutions to meet customer needs.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the store’s point-of-sale system.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked.
- Handle customer complaints and returns in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong understanding of office supplies and furniture is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other sales-related software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
