We are looking for a passionate and driven **Retail Staff Pharmacist** to join a tight-knit, locally owned pharmacy in **Crandon, WI**. Job Title: Retail Staff Pharmacist
Location: Crandon, WI

Shift: Day Shift (Full-time)
Position Type: Contract-to-Hire OR Permanent

• Patient Care: Provide excellent customer service by counseling patients on medication use, conducting Medication Therapy Management (MTM), and delivering immunizations and point-of-care testing.
• Collaboration: Work closely with a nurse on-site to manage patient care and transitions, as well as collaborate with pharmacy team members, including one other pharmacist (part-time) and two pharmacy technicians.
• Team Leadership: Demonstrate strong managerial skills and help organize workflow, ensuring the pharmacy operates efficiently and effectively.
• Patient Education: Counsel patients on proper medication use, side effects, and safe practices.
• pliance & Accuracy: Ensure pliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations and maintain accurate patient records.
• Pharmacy Operations: Utilize PioneerRX pharmacy software to manage prescriptions, maintain inventory, and process claims.

• Licensure: Active, valid pharmacist license in Wisconsin.
• Experience:
  • Prior experience in Medication Therapy Management (MTM), immunizations, and point-of-care testing
  • Experience with PioneerRX
  • Managerial or leadership experience is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Certifications: Must be immunization certified.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong munication skills, customer-focused, and a team player.
