Volt has partnered with leading automotive manufacturer in Fountain Valley to help identify a Parts Sales Data Analyst As a Parts Sales Data Analyst you will: Report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on part sales Parts Sales Ad Hoc reporting and Analysis Create report templates that can be populated with aggregated data to track regional, district, dealer, or parts performance trends that are routinely distributed to field staff and executive management. Oversee and manage vendor programs related to retail/service parts Coordination with MPA and Legal to execute programs Track promotions budget and approvals along with process vendor invoices. Process billing for dealers, apply dealer credits when required and select vendors for programs related to retail/service part sales growth. This is a hybrid role, working 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Hours are full time, M-F from 8am - 5pm and position is temp for 5 months however, it offers a foot in the door of a top company known to hire and promote our top talent. Requirements Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word proficiency Ability to use formulas, pivot tables and v look ups in Excel Good organizational and Data mining skills. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Basic SQL, AS/400, QMF, Tableau, Alteryx, or mainframe knowledge desired to pull data for analysis, and reporting. Working experience utilizing a database management system. Communication skills to manage vendor partnership and dealer communications.
