The Data Protection Analyst will be responsible for coordinating data protection activities company wide. Candidate will lead and coordinate BISO and IP champions in detecting sensitive data types that need extra protection and coordinating with EIS and the business to implement improved controls and monitors to reduce IP exfiltration. Responsibilities: Provide steady leadership in the face of uncertainty, change, and aggressive deadlines. Support and guide project managers within the program, including a mix of dotted-line project managers. Lead cross-functional meetings and foster teamwork. Address and resolve customer and partner concerns promptly. Coordinate all aspects of a given program, from benefits identification and requirements gathering to implementation and benefits realization. Analyze successes, failures, and roadblocks to improve and mature the program and team. Develop and implement data protection policies, procedures, and standard methodologies. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Partner with other IT and security teams to integrate data protection solutions with other systems and applications. Qualifications & Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, mentorship, and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and other tools supporting data protection development. Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines. Demonstrated ability to implement broad plans with minimal mentorship. Experience with business process creation and improvement. Comfortable interacting and connecting with technical, non-technical, and leadership teams. Knowledge of organizational change management principles and effective use of communication to evolve the data protection program. Strong grasp of data protection principles, technologies, and standard methodologies. Education and Experience: A bachelors degree in business, Engineering, or a related field is required. Equivalent experience will also be considered. At least 5 years of experience in program management, project management, or a related field. Familiarity with project management tools and software, as well as a solid understanding of technology and its application in business processes. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Operations Central Teams, R&D, and corporate organizations.
