Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support the decision-making process through data-driven insights. This role will involve gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to help drive business performance, identify trends, and support operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze, and interpret large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide key performance metrics to management.
Assist in the design and implementation of data collection methods and systems to improve data accuracy and consistency.
Perform statistical analysis to support operational decision-making and business strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
Monitor and evaluate business performance using data, making recommendations for improvements.
Ensure data integrity and quality, identifying discrepancies and implementing solutions to maintain clean datasets.
Support the preparation of presentations and reports for senior leadership, providing clear and concise data visualizations.
Use predictive modeling and data mining techniques to forecast trends and assist in business planning.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in data analytics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the food service or retail industry.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with statistical analysis and business intelligence platforms.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify trends and patterns in complex data.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data in a clear and actionable manner.
