Salary:

Under the direction of the Manger of Data & Analytics, the Healthcare Data Analyst (HDA), II is responsible for

testing, developing, and monitoring data load processes that help drive company key initiatives. The HDA II will

work on the development of data and analytics used in our products, support product design, product maintenance and enhancements, and delivery of data and analytic results to internal and external customers. The consistent demonstration of approaching all assigned work in a positive, proactive, and collaborative manner is critical to the position of Healthcare Data Analyst II. Maintaining end user level knowledge of Chordline products is required. Operating within Chordline mission, vision, and values is required. 


Responsibilities:


  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to onboard new customer data sets, reports and FFS customizations.
  • Assist internal and external stakeholders in data cleanings, transformation and loading activities.
  • Provide Tier2/Tier3 technical support for all data and analytic related issues for all internal and external shareholders.
  • Performs testing and pushing production changes for all data and analytic operations.
  • Manages ETL tool activities such as Talend, Matillion, Fivetrans.
  • Monitor and manage existing data warehouse and data feeds and routines/ETL jobs.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement ETL process and architecture improvements.
  • Define and implement ETL logic, selecting appropriate combination of methods and tools within the defined. technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for both internal and external audiences in area of data analytics.
  • Write custom ETL and ad-hoc SQL queries per client specifications.


Education, Training, and Experience:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution required.
  • 7+ years’ experience working knowledge with SQL, SSIS or other data program language are essential.
  • Experience with Talend Management console
  • 3+ years of managed care healthcare application ecosystem (i.e., Claims, Labs, Membership, EHR)
  • Demonstrated experience working with large data sets and relational database structures.
  • Extremely strong analytical and problem-solving skills; outstanding verbal, written and visual presentation skills.
  • Proven skills to work effectively across internal functional areas in ambiguous situations, structured thinker, and effective communicator.
  • Ability to work independently, establishing strategic objectives, project plans and milestone goals.
  • Ability to prioritize work and successfully meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously
