We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Analyst in BLOOMINGDALE, Illinois. As a Procurement Analyst, your role will be pivotal in managing the procurement process, from analyzing data to handling customer inquiries, within our industry.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications ensuring efficiency
• Maintain precise customer credit records
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions
• Utilize data mining techniques to enhance procurement processes
• Manage the utilization of the ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning system for better resource management
• Implement and manage the eProcurement process
• Use Coupa for procurement activities and CRM for customer relationship management
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and organizational policies
• Handle budget and buying processes effectively
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Manage procurement of fasteners as per requirements.• Proficiency in using Coupa software for procurement processes
• Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and their usage in purchasing
• Familiarity with Data Mining Techniques for extracting valuable information
• Experience with eProcurement systems for online purchasing actions
• Understanding of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, particularly About Time
• Knowledge of budget processes and their application in procurement
• Familiarity with buying processes, including vendor selection and negotiation
• Ability to ensure compliance with company and legal procurement standards
• Excellent customer service skills, including handling inquiries and complaints
• Knowledge of Fasteners and their procurement for various projects
